Deep Sync, which was rebranded in 2022, represents several longstanding brands: Compact Information Systems, ASL Marketing, HomeData, and AccuData Integrated Marketing.

In addition, AlumniFinder, CollegeBound Selection Service, and Student Research Group fall under the Deep Sync banner.

We offer Paid Holidays throughout the year and a Flexible Time-Off (FTO) Policy that enables greater freedom in creating a work/life balance for each team member. FTO optimizes individual flexibility for time away from work with fewer restrictions than a traditional PTO policy, which requires ongoing accrual and usage tracking.

We offer Hybrid/Remote positions with flexible work schedules that maximize productivity.

In addition to remote employees across the U.S., we have 4 offices nationwide: Redmond, WA; Belton, MO; Charleston, SC; and Fort Myers, FL.

The culture of the Ft. Myers office is fun and engaging. Data For Good

Deep Sync is committed to using data and analytics in meaningful ways. Our Data For Good initiative enables us to give back to students and teachers nationwide. By funding the Student Research Group’s quarterly scholarship, we help students pay for college. We also support StudyLab, a free platform that helps students define their future goals and helps teachers support their high school classrooms.
