Master List Rental Agreement Revisions
Deep Sync may make changes to our Master List Rental Agreement (Agreement) from time to time for security, commercial, or legal reasons. Such modifications and additional terms and conditions will be effective immediately and incorporated into the Agreement. When these changes are made, a notification will be posted here; any such notice shall be deemed “given” to customers. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information.
The Deep Sync Master List Rental Agreement was updated February 2025.
Deep Sync has updated the MLRA to include verbiage that speaks to our top data providers and passing on their contractual needs.
